PT02 Bite-Tite®
One bag included with each GratedeX® panel; sufficient for joist framing at 16" or 24" O.C. Add 1 fastener per panel if spacing is 12" O.C. For panels cut to treads, add fasteners. (i.e. a 12"x48" stair tread will require 6 Bite-Tite® fasteners x 4 treads/panel = 24 fasteners or 1 extra bag.

PT06 Ped-Tite®
The Ped-Tite® pedestal connector is used with the GratedeX® and PierdeX® panels. It interconnects with 4" ABS SCH40 DWV (not included) to elevate the PierdeX® panel above a waterproofed surface or with the GratedeX® panel as a floating floor.

PT04 Hold-Tite® TA
The Hold-Tite® TA adhesive can be used to bond stone tile to the PierdeX® or GratedeX® panels. The material is trowelable and applied directly to the surface of the stone tile.

PT03 Hold-Tite® CS
The Hold-Tite® CS adhesive can be used to bond stone tile to the PierdeX® or GratedeX® panels. The material is a peel-n-stick contact sheet and applied directly to the surface of the stone tile.

ON FRAMING
This product includes materials for placing the GratedeX® underlayment onto a framed structure for a decking surface. This bearing support uses a traditional wood or metal joist structure spaced 16" or 24" O.C. with proper post and beam support.
TA
TROWELABLE ADHESIVE
This product uses the Hold-Tite® TA-trowelable adhesive. This adhesive is dispensed from a 20 oz. sausage using a sausage caulking gun and troweled to the back of the stone using a 3/16" v-notch trowel before placing the stone/tile onto the GratedeX® or PierdeX® underlayment.
NOTE: Can be used for other optional surface materials. Thicker gauged stone or tile can be placed but may not require adhesive to achieve functional stability.

FOR GAUGED STONE TILE
This product includes materials for supporting and bonding a thin gauged (1/4"-1/2" thick) stone tile of your selection to the underlayment panel. Stone tile may be of varing sizes. The bonding surface may have a rough, uneaven surface.
NOTE: Thicker gauged stone or tile can be placed but may not require adhesive to achieve functional stability

CONTACT SHEET ADHESIVE
This product uses the Hold-Tite® CS-contact sheet adhesive; 16"x16" (actual 15¾"x15¾"). This adhesive is a peel-n-stick product with a backing sheet on two faces. The backing sheet is removed to apply the sheet to the tile stone and then removed to place in position on the GratedeX® or PierdeX® underlayment. Bonds on contact.
NOTE: Tile stone must be smooth and flat, ± 1/32".

DRY LAID
This product uses a dry-laid installation method for placing paver grade materials on the GratedeX® or PierdeX® underlayment. An optional 6 oz. construction fabric can be placed over the underlayment panel before placing the pavers to reduce surface friction. Construction fabric NOT INCLUDED.
NOTE: pavers must be smooth and flat, ± 1/16" since there is no bedding material used to adjust for variation in material thickness.

FOR MODULAR PAVERS
This product includes materials for supporting and placing a brick, concrete, or stone paver (3/4-2"+ thick) over the underlayment panel. Pavers may be of any modular shape and dimension.

ON PAD over SOLID SURFACE
This product includes materials for placing the GratedeX® underlayment onto a solid surface supported by the Ped-Tite® interlocking pads. This bearing support can be any solid surface; a waterproof roof-top terrace, a concrete pad or a compacted or stable soil. The bearing surface must be free of obstructions and may require a uniform slope for proper drainage. The Ped-Tite® interlocks all adjoining panels in a floating surface elevated ½" above the bearing surface.
NOTE: All GrateeX® panels can be placed to be removed independently or glued together to form a monolithc underlayment surface.

ON PEDESTALS
This product includes materials for placing the PierdeX® underlayment onto pedestals over a waterproofed surface. This bearing support uses the Ped-Tite® pedestal system to raise the PierdeX® underlayment to a level surface over waterproofing with a compound slope and possible roof-top obstructions. The entire waterproofed surface must be designed to support load placement at any point over the entire surface. The Ped-Tite® interlocks all adjoining panels in a floating surface elevated ½"-24" above the bearing surface.
NOTE: All PierdeX® panels can be removed independently.
